Up until these last few months, I would have said this was an exceptional school.
I am not alone in this. Several parents have expressed their disappointment that so much has changed so quickly. If I did not have another child in this school gladly only 1 more year , I would complain.
But given the pattern of administration behavior I am seeing, I will work with my child to just get it done and get on with his schooling. Longwood is kid friendly however as always a close eye must be kept on your child at all times. Central to I4 and everything in the Orlando area. Close gas stations, restaurants, shopping, publix, all in a 5 min drive!
We do get traffic but it does move. As such, there is not much I can say on this matter. There are tennis courts, horse stables, of course a natural spring and lots of wild animals. The Orlando Philharmonic has a concert here once a year in the spring. But there is a local train station close by that can get you to Orlando ".
